Lump in right chest muscle, please help

So I took a good shot about 475 tes C and 200 deca before I went on thanksgiving so I wouldn't have to fly with gear and assuming that I could find a gym locally. Needless to say I did nothing but eat and lay around for a week strait for thanksgiving. Today I have a huge sensitive lump In my right chest muscle directly behind my nipple extra sensitive almost painful. What is this and how do I get rid of it? I'm assuming its estrogenic build up to say the least. Thanks for the help guys
