    Nizoral everytime you shower?

    Just wondering if there was anything wrong with using nizoral shampoo everytime you shower? Wondering if anyone else does, because I ususally do, and wondering about any side effects? Would some other routine be better? Thanks bros.

    I use it about 2-3x/wk. I have heard of people using it every day. but bump for better answers.

    The standard is 3-4 times per week. You can use it every day with no problem but I have found it is rough on the hair if you use it that frequently. Meaning it really dries it out.

    I used to use it everyday. Been shaved for a few years now so I don't use it at all now
