    Neck Cramps

Planning to do my first cycle starting in mid-summer. I'm 5'7" 180 lbs, been lifting for 8 yrs or so.

Anyway last summer I did my first ever prohormone cycle. It mostly went well, the only thing that bothered me was I would get these severe neck cramps when I would play in my weekly sand volleyball league.

Just doing normal things and even lifting I would be ok, but when I would make a really fast, explosively quick move playing vb my neck would cramp. Any thoughts as to why this might be?

I don't want this to happen again this summer when I do my first cycle, especially since i will be playing sand VB during.

    Was taking Methylstenbolone.

Want to do my first newbie cycle this summer. Maybe I wasn't drinking enough water? That's the only thing I could think of.

Msten causes bad back/calf pumps and cramping. The same thing happened to me on msten. Up your water, add taurine at 3g day,and pottassium(either pills or bannanas).
What is your next cycle you are thinking of running?

    Thanks for the advice.

I am going to do a classic 12-week newbie cycle (Test-e, hcg , arimedex + PCT).
