Forearm pain
So I've read a lot about golfers and tennis elbow but it doesn't seem to fit what I feel. When I curl or lift something heavy with arms bent it hurts in my mid forearm also when I rotate my wrist around while arm is bent. I can push on my muscle where it attaches to inside of my elbow and it's tender. Anyone ever experience this? I've been out of the gym for two weeks as many movements aggravate it.

I would definitely advise an xray/cat scan. Could possibly be tendon damage if you've been off of it for 2 weeks and it still aggravates you.

depending on which way you rotate your wrist and where it attaches at the elbow joint it could be pronator teres strain, brachial radialis strain, muscle or tendon, or a few other things that sometimes get confused with golfers or tennis elbow. If its constant pain at the same level after 2 weeks of no activity, you should see a Dr. of PT or a orthopedic Dr. If it is improving using the PRICE strategy, then continue to follow that.
