Injured for to long please help!!

Hi everyone iv been injured for the past year and a half now iv been diagnosed with chronic supraspinatus tendonitis and early stages of degenerative disc disease of c4/c5 and c5/c6 I was only diagnosed with this recently as the nhs like to take there time in helping anyone and these injurys happens to me in march 2013 after my first cycle of susturnon and deca like 3 or 4 weeks after my last jab. I haven't been able to train since because it just ruins my shoulder every time I try. I have tried everything chiropractor, physio, cortisone injection, anti inflammortrys, massage, deep tissue massage, and nothing seems to have worked and my life revolved around bodybuilding I am obsessed with it and I really don't know what else I can do so I was hoping for some advise from you guys. Also a friend tells me that I could benifit from taking deca and test e in therapeutic doses as it works like a lube on the joints so It could reduce the pain so I can train light and he said that taking that can speed up the healing process so I'm not sure what to do I'm willing to try anything as long as it gets me back in the gym. Any advice would be much appreciated guys. thanks

Unfortunately there's not a whole lot you can do with tendinitis but rest. Alternating ice and heat has always worked wonders for my shoulders. Ibuprophen was my friend. Try to do some rotator cuff specific work with bands. High reps (20+) will flush the area with blood and help to break up adhesions.

The last time I partially torn my rotator cuff it took almost 19 months for it to heal. So far I've not had surgery. My shoulder specialist recommended to do everything you can to avoid surgery.

Give it time. Train smart and specifically. And don't use very heavy weight. You'll heal if you give it time.

the only drug that might affect the disc is IGF-1, so GH is something to consider.

But drugs probably are not the most effective option for this problem.

It can be dealt with very effectively if you have the money. A full disc replacement, i think it costs around 100k in the us but its more like 20k in the EU. Which is not very much considering how devastating Degenerative discs can be on your health, both physical and mental

I found that all my spinal issues was due to low test. At the start of TrT I had 3 bulging discs and extremely weak spinal muscles. After 3 months of TrT and taking 175 a week Test p...All back pain gone. All discs normal. No bulging or arthritic conditions.

70% of spinal health is supporting muscles. The single most powerful skeletal muscle inhibitor is testosterone . My case only involved low test and the results of replacing that. It fixed my issue.

What are your off-cycle bloodwork hormone levels?

I'm in the UK. If I had 20k I would get the surgery but that is not an option for me I don't have that sort of money. But I know it has affected me both physically and mentally. I don't no what my bloodwork and hormone levels are. I had blood tests and my blood pressure taken about a month after my pct and all I was told is everything looks normal that's all I was told.
