Burning and numb skin on heel
I have developed a burning sensation to the outside of my right heel, it hurts like hell when I stretch and turn my foot inward. The skin is numb around my heel and it is not going away. I believe it is a nerve thing, just don't know what caused it and what to do about it. I had it on my left foot a month or so ago but it wasn't bad and didn't last. I feel like I'm falling apart, as soon as one issue starts to get better another one pops up, getting old blows. Anyone have any ideas what this could be and what I can do about it?

It could be such a variety of things, maybe the best option is to see a physio or go see the doc and they can give you an accurate diagnosis.
Or hopefully someone else has had the same experience and knows the cause.
