When I pick up weight as in anything over a kilogram or two my arm hurts while I lift it but as soon as I drop it the pain increses? Any advice? It occured after doing some shuvel work a month ago, I haven't done much since I hurt it but I want to get back into the gym, it has gotten slightly better since I've rested it but not fully, any ideas how to speed things up,
I don't want to start working out and put my arm back as bad as it was, there's no bruisin or swelling and it's more like tendants than muscle
