Does anyone have experience with self injection of corticosteroids into the shoulder?
I've only had one in my shoulder. Doctor did an X-ray before to help target right area. I was told by others that it can be too high or too low and not hit the right area. I don't know if that's true? Mine went well.Quote:

Had my injection done today and got prescribed naproxen 500mg/day. Will only do Legs and Abs for two weeks and see how it feels to make sure I am not using that darn shoulder. Thanks for the advice!
