    quad pain! please help!!

    Hi everyone! I have a bad pain in my left leg...the pain start this morning in the knee eria and now i feel it in my quad exactelly in the upper quad, the pain is precisent and it feels like someone squeezing the muscle really hard!!..i notice when i relax and lay down i feel better...so guys can you help to fix this probleme?

    Did you do something to cause it? Are you drinking enough water? Potassium?

    I didn't do anything...yes i eat good drink enough water, the pain is go away i think it was just due to the stress and fatigue...
