    Bleeding hemorrhoids healthy?

    Hematocrit 53%. (3 weeks after cycle though) Maybe instead of donating, aspirin, green tea, berries and grapes i should go shitting instead.

    I sometimes bleed alot when shitting, but after studying hb, hct, rbc and roids more deeply, i may not wanna fix it.

    What do you guys think, seriously?

    Wife quited rimming me 5 years ago so what the heck........-)
