a dilemma - to complete cycle or... inputs requested!

i just started a cycle (2 pins in an eod protocol), when yesterday i popped a tricep doing underhand grip pushdowns. like a good doobie, i stopped my workout and have rested since. sitting here today, i'm not sure how badly injured it is. here's my current thinking:

rest day tomorrow, pin as normal

back is friday, i'll push as hard as i can, but if i feel 'bad pain' in tricep, i'll back off and delay cycle.

saturday is shoulders, arguable the first real test of tricep. again, if i feel 'bad pain' i'll back off and delay cycle. otherwise pin per protocol

    sunday is rest

monday is chest/tri. again, if i feel 'bad pain' ill back off and delay cycle. otherwise pin per protocol.

off cycle, i go back to trt protocol (no pct).

    any suggestions?

Since you just started I would stop for a couple of weeks or so to see how the tricep reacts. If all goes well you can restart, but if the pain persists you don't want to do a cycle injured. That would be a waste of good gear.

just a belated update. by 'pop' i mean partial tear (diagnosed by pt). wasn't a complete tear, no real swelling or discoloration. after trying to finesse for a week, i stopped my cycle and did physical therapy. i'm now basically back, and will restart my cycle in a week or so.

    thanks for the inputs.
