Hi guys I just wanted to share with you this useful exercise for lower back pain it helped me a lot with my lower back pain, I had and still have pain but it's less by 90% percent after I did this exercise for about 3 months, I didn't have serious injury in my lower back it was just painful while I stand for long or walk for long like 30 minutes it was stiff frozen and tingling with pain, I got this injury bc of the deadlift, anyway I used to do this exercise 2 Times a day 3-5sets 10-15 reps for 3 months, before you do this exercise ask your doc bc it may be not good for your injury.
