    Do superman exercise for your lower back pain but ask your doc first.

    Hi guys I just wanted to share with you this useful exercise for lower back pain it helped me a lot with my lower back pain, I had and still have pain but it's less by 90% percent after I did this exercise for about 3 months, I didn't have serious injury in my lower back it was just painful while I stand for long or walk for long like 30 minutes it was stiff frozen and tingling with pain, I got this injury bc of the deadlift, anyway I used to do this exercise 2 Times a day 3-5sets 10-15 reps for 3 months, before you do this exercise ask your doc bc it may be not good for your injury.

    never seen heard or done this thought weird about it and late night caffeine wont let me think too well, so yea I did talk bs only, glad you could point me to that youre tha man

    Nice you added the video now that may help someone with lower back pain imo
