Long Fasting & cleanse while on TRT?

I work with a guy that does 3,5,& 7 day fasts. I remember him telling me once that the 5th day and beyond were easy also. I wonder why? Is that the time it takes for the body to adjust to no food. This is very interesting to me!

I would fast for 72 hour periods in prison to readjust my diet I do Beleive when your body is used to a certain diet you have to reset occasionally..it seemed to work was at my lowest body fat in years when I got out..plus it was really good for my thought process really showed me how much the different kinds of foods I would eat would affect my health and moods..on cycle my stomach would hurts so bad it would kill me but after 24 hours my stomach wouldn't even hurt anymore..I dunno just my experience

That's a lot of fasting!good luck!ive never gone over 72 hours..let us know how it goes..
