    Elbow strange pain!

    Hi guys. I didn't lift any weight for around 6 months now I just back to the gym it's a week now I feel little pain in my elbow with tingling from my elbow through my forearms to my ring and pinkle finger it's and if I touch the pain site it will make more tingling more pain! What is this exactly and ist serious?
