Found out i have a vitamin d deffiency could this be causing my forearms tingling?

i have tried everything to fix my forearm pain and nothing worked. I did physio and i even rested from the gym for 6 months and no work and its still the same and not healing. Could it be because i am very deficient in vitamin d? My doc sais this could be the problem so now im taking 10000iu daily and really hoping for improvments in a couple months

I doubt it's from the vitamin D, does it worsen if you keep the elbows flexed, like holding a mobile phone?

I don't know about vitamin D, but if you take high doses of B6, that can definitely cause the tingling sensation.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Make sure you monitor your D levels. It's a fat soluble hormone and above range levels for to long can ultimately become toxic. Not saying that's the case with your dose (same as mine actually) but we all respond differently. Also take your D with a large meal.
