What's your tricep routine look like?
Monday and thursday- biceps triceps
Tuesday and firday -chest back
Wednesday nd sat - thigh nd shoulder
For triceps i start with front pulley pushdown
Reverse pulle pushdown
Dooble hand dumbell over head
You should go to doc and rest your elbows. Glucosamine chondroitin and msm with high dose 2g of each twice daily was useful for me along with glucosamine cream. But at the first you need to see a doc to diagnose the problem
It looks like from your routine that your tris are getting some form of work 6 days a week. If you do any pressing movements for chest and shoulders you are activating your tris. Maybe reevaluate your routine to give your tris a rest would be all you need.
Can u suggest such routine?
Another thing that really helps.with elbow discomfort is Voodoo Floss. Do a YouTube video search for "flossing an elbow". It honestly makes a big difference.
Instead of doing tris on the day with biceps just do your triceps in with chest or shoulders. Both chest and shoulders usually include some kind of presssing movements. So after working your chest do your triceps work. You could even switch it up periodically by doing triceps with chest one week and with shoulders the following week.
Since you are having issues right now with your triceps just do chest or shoulders for a couple of weeks with do direct tricep work.
Learn to listen to what your body needs. If a bodypart is constantly sore or is injured give it some rest. Learn to work around the pain or injury. This is totally different from working through pain. Pain is thete to tell you something is wrong. By working through pain rather than around the pain you are inviting more serious injury. Best of luck man.
Thank you very much for all the help
