New to tanning
I've been wanting to try tanning for a while now
I looked at a few websites for local places near me and was pretty surprised how many different levels, machines, etc.
Where's a good place to start?
Thanks

Had my first ever go this week.Only in for six minutes, but started feeling a bit claustraphobic a few minutes in.
Not keen on breathing the hot air,but i stuck it out and had another go last night. For some strange reason, started thinking about
the Omen movie.Looked at the door handle, thinking it would lock, the tubes would malfunction, and i would roast like a Sunday joint.
Nearly flicked the red button to escape! few seconds later it was over.....very strange indeed.

I got a fairly dark complexion, or tan easily.
My advice;
Go often for short times instead of seldom and long runs.
I'd say never do more than 15min. Yes I do break that rule sometimes,
but never more than 20min.
And in a lying sunbed (I rarely do the standing ones), I find 10-15min to be good. With easy access id do 10min 2-3x a week.
(This is for lying sunbeds, for standing I think you can cut that in half; 5min)
Point is I want to get tan, but I don't want to age my skin by letting it soak in UV rays for too long.
It's like gamma radiation; a little is good for you, a little more is neutral, even more is quite bad.
With UV radiation I'm more concerned about wrinkles and aged skin than cancer, (hmm, I wonder why I think like that...?),
and I believe frequent but short doses of UV is better.

I'm injecting melanotan, hence the first time use of a sunbed. My belly is covered in purple bruises from the slin pins, and the other night,
just before bed,i stuck the needle in as i had done half a dozen times previously, but this time it stung like fuck.I squirted the gear in,then went
up to bed. When i got my kit off,i was shocked to see a pigeons egg sized lump, all nice and purple next to my belly button. It wasn't half sore as well.
I thought it will either get better,or get worse,so i jumped into my pit,and dozed off.
Next morning, the lump had gone, but i had a multi coloured mega bruise,to show for it.Shit happens i suppose.

If you are injecting hcg in your belly with slin pins just start injecting your forearm sub q.
Less bodyfat means less chance of knots and edima.
I always do forearms and it works the same but no bruising, knots, or edima

Just found the best way to use the tanning tube.Originally went in pre-workout,and found it too hot, plus when i got out,i was soaked in sweat.
Went in tonight,AFTER my workout, all hot and sweaty, and it was great. Not only did it feel very comfortable, when i got out i was also bone dry!

Another reason I quit using lay down beds was when I got done there would be a puddle of sweat under my ass. I have seen some gnarly looking folks come out of those beds. Unless its a real sharp gal coming out, I dont wanna lay in their ass sweat. I prefer no touchy standy beds.

I didn't see a description of your complexion, but I'm pretty pale, so I have to slather up with bronzer and take it real slow and easy. It kinda sucks, but once my Northern European heritage having ass finally gets a base tan, it's pretty legit to be out in the sun at the pool showing off the all that hard work. Gainz=muscles+body fat percentage+tan.

Melanotan's done the job for me.
I'm very fair skinned, and all i've ever gotten from sun exposure,is burnt to fuck.15 grams and 10 six minute sessions in the sunbed, and i'm brown as a berry.
Maintenance doses now.Well impressed.

I've been enjoying the stand up tanning bed
Tons of women at my gym seem to be pleased with the results also

I used to be a redneck that wore shitty clothes and truly didn't give a shit how I look. Now I like tanning and dressing nice and making myself look good naked.
I look fucking good in a tux too.
Fuck that guy I used to be, he was a loser with no direction.

The other evening,i was waiting to go on for my six minute hit.
The door was locked,so i sat and waited about five or so minutes.Door opens, and this proper fit chick with big titties comes out.
She smiles,and apologetically says,'it's a bit sweaty in there mind'.I smile back,say 'that's ok',then enter with a semi on.
Win win.

I don't think i could use it,if i didn't go in straight after a workout,as my core temperature is high, and i am able to comfortably
handle 6 minutes.I had to wait 10 minutes a while back,as someone else was in.I must've cooled right down, because it felt really
uncomfortable after 3 or 4 minutes, and i was about to panic and jump out, just as it switched off.

I think you know better where to start. The most important things is what you are trying to gain. I hope from community you'll get it. lol

Have any of you guys tried any sunless tanning options like spray tanning? Do you know if it looks as good as tanning in a tanning bed or standup booth, or does it tend to look fake?
