    Tenex Procedure

Has anyone had a Tenex Procedure? I have medial epicondylitis, golfer's elbow, and just heard about this procedure. From what I read (on their website) it appears like a much better option than the traditional surgery.

Never heard of it until now. Just looked it up. You must have some serious discomfort to consider surgery for this. Sorry to hear and best of luck.

I looked into Tenex for an achilles problem i've been having. I came across more anecdotal success stories for its treatment of tennis elbow then any other ailment. It's something i would definitely consider if i had tennis elbow. Go in for a consult. They will examine you with ultra sound and tell you if it will help. I got checked out for my achilles and the person said it wasn't for me. I didn't have much scar tissue - which is really what it's about removing, to get good tissue to grow back.
