I've lost 17lbs since i wa s sick and i still have no appetite
So just over a month ago I got really sick with a bad throat infection and went on several types of antibiotics for over 2 weeks. Was at the emergancy several times and couldn't sleep at night, having really bad stomach cramps and puking. At my highest i was 198.1956 lbs and due to this disease i went down to 180.779 lbs. Now im at around 186.2906 and it's been over a month. And i have no appetite what so ever. I feel full all the time, and the other day i also ate till i puked. My energy is also super low. And i injured my back doing heavy deadlifts..
My workouts are still not anywhere near as good as they used to be and i dont know what to do at this point. Im almost 19 and i feel so out of energy and no appetite. I have used clen in the past and it gave me a huge appetite with the only side effect being headaches.
What do you recommend me to do? Has anyone experienced this before? I almost never go to parties and never drink alcohol or take any of the other shit people my age take. I just want to focus on my training. And right now it's killing me.

Only thought would be to pull some blood work. Other than that you sound like you're very disciplined so just focus on what you need to do and stick to it. Throw in more protein drinks, etc if that's easier right now to keep your calories up. Protein-peanut butter-banana-ice cream-oats and blend it up.

What specifically were the antibiotics you took and when did you finish them? Do you have diarrhea or any symptoms now?
I would start with a diet of rice, bananas, yogurt (limited and only if you tolerate the dairy), eggs (scrambled), oatmeal and you could supplement with protein powder a bit if you need to. You can try fish for protein in addition to eggs. Avoid raw vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, red meat and cheese/milk for the time being, with the exception of cottage cheese. Sometimes abx wreak havoc with the intestinal lining and cause a lot of stomach upset and lactose intolerance.
I would go to Whole Foods if you have one near you and get some good probiotics like acidophilus, and start those immediately. A decent one form CVS or Walgreens would do, too - there's one call PB 8 and it's a capsule.
My guess is you were on augmentin (Amox/clav), clindamycin or ciprofloxacin?
