Biceps Elbow Tendon Pop/Injury
I was helping to load a large barbecue into the back of a pick up truck today and, in the process, heard a pop from my left elbow tendon area, and felt the tendon twinge with pain. Now my biceps is aching with picking up even the smallest of things but everything looks fairly normal… Suggestions?
Currently icing and taking Motrin.

For me I was in denial initially when mine occured and I tried training bi's a couple times to no avail. After diagnosis (saw 2 docs) via ultra-sound and MRI I resumed training everything but bi's. After a few weeks I was able to implement very light dumbell curls for high reps (20's) 3 times per week. All else was trained heavy and hard. Certain back exercises I had to be careful with and lighten up a bit, but it actually felt good to control and squeeze it much more.
I'm very happy with the progress so far.
Exactly what I was hoping to hear before I admitted that I did a chest day yesterday… I was careful, but I went hard and it felt great. Aside from some tenderness picking the dumbbells off the rack, and replacing them, no problems.
