Concussion/neck tightness

Background, 34 old male. involved in Tbone car collision 6 years ago. Diagnosed with Post concussion syndrome and mTBI. My head hit the driver side airbag while my suv went airborne, did a 180, and landed on its side.

Ever since I’ve has super tight neck muscles, and trigger points that refer the pain to my head. Along with brain fog, vision issues, daily headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, and low energy.

Im looking into hormone therapy but also considering BCP-157 and thymus beta4 injections to help with neck muscles that never healed and to help with neurogenesis.

I’m trying to get a hold of Jack Reiner who posted a few years ago about success with these peptides. Would appreciate any input if anyone thinks this would be beneficial for my neck with possible side effect of helping brain cognition. Thanks!
