Need some help on back injury.
Hey all,
Looking for advice from members on how they deal with their back issues similar to mine. Uploading my MRI results from last night because the pain got so bad my legs gave out and I was sent in an ambulance from work to the hospital. I am beginning to think squats and dead lifts are out of my life now. I am an active person and been dealing with this since 2014. If anyone can tell me how they work around this issue I would greatly appreciate it. I will be honest and up front, I do not stretch or do yoga. But willing to learn techniques if this has been beneficial to others.
