Been having nagging pain on my left shoulder. Got an X-ray,no spur,but the tech said most likely cartilage breakdown as the space between the joint is wider than normal he said. I would need an MRI to see exactly what's torn .
But I figured it ain't gonna be healing itself as the pain has slightly increased over the years and now it needed attention.

I have a torn rotator and had a bone spur removed before the final tare. Years of nagging pain before it finally buckled. Speaking from experience so far HGH seems to work for me, this is why I say this.
About a week ago I agitated my shoulder. Heavy bench pressing then picking up to much material at work caused a stress tare/micro tare. These can actually heal on their own if you rehab them right away and listen to the pain.
4ui of hgh a day upped to 6-7ui during the onset of the tare. Being careful ,using ice, training with elastic bands to rehab the shoulder. Google shoulder/rotator cuff rehab exercises and ice it. If you can use anti inflammatory like ibuprofen or whatever go for it. This is why they say safe ibuprofen use for when you need it.
I'm sure the compound you listed will work wonders but just speaking from my own experience I'm not worried between ice, stretching, ibuprofen, elastic bands and of course good doses of HGH. Anyway just my grain of salt
