I've been going much harder lately in gym and 2 days ago was biceps. Felt sore days after but nothing remarkable.
Today a started warming up on military press and my bicep had a small "pop". Not at shoulder or elbow, but right in the middle of bicep.
No deform, severe pain, discolor, warmth or swelling, just umfomfortable. However, holding a weight in any angle made it worse, so I went home after a run.
I can use my arm with no issues and flexing bicep makes me feel it riiiight in the middle, even when I push or massage. Just no weights, don't think I have strenght loss.
Everything online and doc talk about tendons, but I feel it's the muscle itself?
I box and gym, should I push through or rest a bit? Couldn't even do squats or military as plan b, but don't wanna become a sack of potatos for weeks^^
