    Lifting with this bicep tear

One week post op. Fuck me this sucks so bad. Working on getting full supination back, and flexibility bring my hand towards my face..

What do y’all think of working my right half upper body (non injured side)? I’ve read and watched a few people saying it helps with promoting quicker healing through out the body. All obviously anecdotal. I just don’t want to look even more gimp than I already will from the injury.

I’ve been in the gym working legs eod, gonna start to throw in some light cardio and whatever else to stay active.

I'd give it a few more weeks before you try the one side synergistic movements, but I'd definitly do them.
Kill your legs and calves in the meantime.

took me 3 years... 2 of rehab.. then stopped just relaxed, gave it time.. I should have run gh/var... just didn't do it.. but now it's stronger/more stable than my left time heals..

The good news is you can take the next 90 days and really work on those lets..

I’m not actually running anything rn aside from TRT. Thought about low dose var, or bpc 157 but I’m already 3 weeks post op. Worried if it’s too late now and that I should’ve already started running them to increase my chances of helping recovery?

Actually started upper body a couple days ago, only with machines that aren’t isolated/individual. Chest press, row, lat pull and lateral shoulder raises. Basically pulling/pressing with my good arm, and following with the other. Light weight, trying to focus on the contraction and mind muscle connection.

And then leg day is all out. Wish the gym had a safety squat bar but it is what it is
