body fat measurements
what is the best way to measure body fat? I heard that the underwater method is the best but also heard that the body fat caliper gives out some accurate result too. And for the underwater method, how much does that usually cost? thanks.

Underwater is the best. Call up UT deparment of Kinesiology (sometimes under education) And make an appointment! They ofer that service to the public for some amount of money, and it is free for students. As far as calipers, you have to have an expierenced person measure you and it has at least a 2% margin of error. Electrical empediance (sp?) is also good with a 2% error
