Bicep Tendon at shoulder is temperamental

I thought my juice days were behind me, but three months ago I hurt my bicep tendon where it joins the shoulder.

I hurt it in boxing. I started off by hurting it a little bit in sparring, and I would have rested it afterward but I had a fight scheduled for the following week, so I went into the ring with my shoulder already a little sore. When I came out of the ring, was shoulder was fucked and I had to go to a chiropractor -- I was out of training for a month.

If I go easy on it for a few weeks, it gets better and the pain almost entirely goes away, but then I go a bit harder on it and it's sore all over again. What does the most damage to it is if I throw a hard punch and miss my target (for example when sparring or fighting).

So I'm thinking I'll do a quick cycle of a month or two to try fix this.

I reckon taking Dbol at the start will give me a quick increase in strength, allowing me to lift a little heavier. The last time I took Dbol, I noticed the strength increase in just 2 or 3 days.

What would you do to fix this?

Not sure if you’ve considered BPC-157 and TB-500. They are great healing peptides and worth the investment.
My wife has had bad knees for years, problems (tears) in her MCL and ACLs, she’s done physio with no real improvements, she’s been waiting to get into a specialist for a long time. We were considering Platelet Rich Plasma injections but decided to give these peptides a try first.
It’s done the trick 100%, she has full range of motion in her knees again, she’s back to walking/jogging 10k.
She ran 1mg/day of each peptide for a total of 30days. After the first week she claimed she felt better already, I made her finish the full 30days anyway.

If you could only take one of those compounds for tendon repair, which one would you choose?

To be honest I don't know if my tendon is even genuinely injured. Sometimes you can tug on a bodypart like a tendon or a ligament, and your body just bitches at you because it doesn't like being tugged on like that. I reckon I have a minor sprain/strain but it's pissing me off because I want to box.

Are we allowed to openly discuss sources for peptides here on the forum?

These peptides work best together. For what it’s worth I’d run they together. BPC-157 is supposed to have stronger healing properties, but TB-500 has stronger anti-inflammatory properties
1mg/day of each is somewhat aggressive, but it worked well for my wife. I’d recommend doing some research and deciding on your own protocol.
Plenty of good information out there to read through.

Also in the FWIW category, I found 1mg TB-500 and 500mcg BPC-157 in a single dose per day to work OK, too. I say OK because they aren't "Wolverine's blood" or anything like that, but do seem to have a positive impact.

I have used Peptide Sciences and Umbrella Labs with success and rate them positively.

I also follow the same rules for peptide sources that we do for aas sources: names good, urls bad.

    I ordered a 2mg vial of TB-500, and a 5mg vial of BC-157. I didn't realise how little that is of each.
When the two vials arrive, maybe I should just shoot the 2mg of TB500 all at once, and then take 357 micrograms of BC157 per day (it will last me 2 weeks)?

I'm hoping that the water retention and strength gain from dbol will work wonders in just a week or two though.

I've always told people who have any kind of muscle/joint/tendon/ligament problem: 9 times out of 10 the problem will go away if ya build up the muscle.

I came off a moped about 9 years ago.... I dislocated my shoulder and got a hairline fracture in my humerus...... so I just took a load of pain killers and lots of steroids and kept going to the gym. Problem solved.

IMO, Dbol is just a bandaid. If you’re going to invest money on gear and nutrition you don’t want to hold up progress with injury.
A few $$$ on peps to fix you up isn’t working against you, if anything it’s putting you further ahead.
All your progress is lost the day you have to tap out forever.

The immediate relief you get from the retained water and the strength increase from Dbol of course doesn't mean that the problem has gone away. It does however create an environment in which healing can take place more quickly, and with less "two steps forward, one step back".

Even if all I had was Dbol, I'd still be confident that it would greatly help and have a lasting effect. I have more than Dbol though, so the other stuff will help too.

9 out of 10 problems just fade away if you just make the muscle bigger and stronger.

Any chance you're overthrowing your punch when fatigued? That will set a shoulder on fire and potentially cause damage.

    That's all I got.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Yeah I aggravate it whenever I throw a big overhand right .... I mean but that's part of the sport, you occasionally throw a hay maker -- it shouldn't wreck your shoulder though

If it isn' controlled eventually you do. It's a reality.

I would run 2 mg tb500 2xew and the bpc is twice Ed at 250 mcg. That’s how I ran it for my shoulders

If I read that correctly, you shoot 2mg of TB500 twice per week, for a total of 4mg per week.
And you shoot 250mcg of BPC157 twice a day, for a total of 3.5mg per week.
    Have I got that right?

How long would I have to run that to have brand new shoulders?

BPC-157. I'm running it daily now.
