So i was doing weighted pullups and i accidentally put 5 kg too much on the belt. I was supposed to get 5 reps with the intended weight but i barely got 4 and the last rep was an all out struuggle and after that i hlgot this pain in my left lat that is still hasnt gone away. I think i pulled the muscle or something. Anyone had this type of injury and knows how long it takes to heal? First time for me. Hoping if i rest my back for a week it will be fine again
