stretch marks

i recently lost a serious amount of fat and now i have very very bad stretch marks how can i get rid of them i will go to the furthest extent!!! even if that means surgery is there any creams or anything has anyone had anything to make my battle wounds vanish? oh by the way i found a thing about stretch marks in a magazine the website was www.pharmathletica.com it supposedly removes stretch marks if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
