    Thanks for taking the time and effort to share your experience with us bro. Now that the experience is mostly over and some time has passed, do you have any additional comments/insights?

    THANKS FOR BEING AROUND CHICA, TO BE HONEST IT STILL NEEDS TIME TO HEAL; I DID THE OPERATION JUNE 17. THE SURGEON DID MENTION 3-4 MONTHS BUT BECAUSE OF THE DIFFUCULTIES THAT I HAD IT WILL TAKE LONGER. AS FOR THE LOOK IT IS OK, BUT THERE IS STILL SCAR TISSUE UNDER NEATH THE NIPPLE, SO WHEN I GO SEE HIM AGAIN AT THE END OF THE MONTH I WILL ADDRESS THIS AND SEE WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN.
    I WILL POST AT THE END OF THE MONTH, I CAN SEE MYSELF IMPROVING MY IMAGE BY THEN. ITS A SHAME THAT SUMMER WILL BE OVER BY THEN AND THAT WILL BE THE TIME I WILL START LOOKING GOOD OH WELL, STORY OF MY LIFE. AS FOR A COMMENT ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT ALMOST ALL PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS BE INSECURE ABOUT SOMETHING, INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL. REGARDLESS OF WHICH ONE, IF THERE IS WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR SELF MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY THERE SHOULD BE NO SHAME IN ACHIEVEING THAT GOAL. BUT AT THE SAME TIME WE SHOULD BE GRATEFULL FOR WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN US AND TOO TRY TO ALWAYS FEEL SECURE AND CONFIDENT ABOUT OURSELVES.

    You look around 11% in those pics. I think your 8.6% estimate is wrong, especially a week later. And I'd like to *see* you gain 11lb with minimal fat just off a diet

    No, it is 8.6 % I have not been eating correctly for a while. But a have been recently.I never said in those pics I was 8.6% a week later I hit 8.6%. For me to drop bodyfat by eating correctly is easy its the mass that makes it diffcult to gain. Orginally I was 178 at around 6 %. But before my accident I was 198 at 8.5 % that was my peak. I have hit over 210 but my body fat was high near the 20 %. One thing you should now is that if you hit that once you can hit it again.

    One more thing, 11lb off a diet with minimal fat is realistic. If you have doubt, maybe you should get a diet by swole. .

    I just got my gyno surgery done yesterday, and i feel like ass. Ive been on percocets since the op. I just got my vest on today. When the peeled away the foam and the ace bandage today it was not what expected at all. My nurse said it looks "phenomonal." I am completely flat chested now and dont know if i like it. I used to have a nice filled out chest but now its all gone. Oh well, its better than having a lumpy mass by my nipples i guess.

    Any suggestions stallion? I read your post on getting a sports bra, but my vest seems like its holding up fine. it doesnt just wrap around my body it has straps too.

    Hope your recovering well and thanks for giving me a guide of what you went to so far.

    I hope everything is doing ok, you should feel better in a couple days not much better but better If you still feel drowsy and tired you should take some vitamin B-12 injectable do about half a cc a day you will fell alot better. As for the flat chested it will swole up, dont worry about that. Once it heels your chest will fill in by scar tissue so it will look better in about a month.
    As for the vest if its holding on then leave it, but make sure it is tight, if you can put a wrap around so it will be tighter, the tighter the better less chance of fluids getting there you dont want that. Also I did put ice on my chest on top of the vest it did make it feel better. If there is any way I can help just P.M me. Dont worry about the flat part it will fill in.

    I went to see my surgeon yesterday, it is healing very good he mentioned. But then again he says that all the time, he did put a steriod in the scar on my forhead. It seemed to acumalate some scar tissue. He mentioned that it will reduce it. There is still some pain in my nipples when I touch them. It is improving and there is less scar tissue under the nipple. I did go to see my family doctor and he could barely see the scars he said it was a good insesion. Anyway I have increased in weight to 192 since my last post but my body fat went back up to 10.2 % I am eating more carbs at night, I keep on getting screwed because of the weekends I wake up so late. I have to get up at the same time and eat at the same time like the weekdays.I am pushing hard at the gym and my diet is on key, but my strength is slowly peaking not like before with the aggresive increase. I benched 335 6 times, leg press 855 10 times. Incline 265 8 times, my pull downs has increased to 300 8 times that has gone threw the roof. I want to start a cycle soon, I beleive that I have reached close to what I was before just shy of 6 - 7 pounds. I want to post up my diet to see if some improvement can be done, I will post it up here but I want to post in the diet forum.
    Morning 8: 30 AM 8 egg whites 150 grams lean ham
    Half a cup of oatmeal

    10:30 250 grams of cottage cheese 1%, half a cup of oatmeal

    12:00pm 700 grams of chicken grilled, whole wheat pasta a plate

    3:00pm 8 egg whites, one rice pudding

    5:00pm 2 steaks or grilled chicken 700 grams and beans with some rice

    post workout 1 oatmeal cookie with protein shake

    after workout protein shake with 400 grams of chicken

    before sleep 8 egg whites protein shake

    ANy comments?

    I will be updating with some pics soon.

    JUst thought I would update, went to see the surgeon last week. He said everything looks good. He did mention that it would take a minumum of a year to fully heal. So far other doctors looked at becuase i brought it up and they all said he does good work. The only issue know is that there is still pain when I touch them, nothing extreme but some pain. He mentioned to give it time. Anyway my weight has gone to 195 at maybe 12% body fat. My strength has gone up, I will be trying some AS very soon. So hopefully I can reach 210 or close to that then cut down to 195 at 7% or 8%. I have pictures so I will update as I go along and show pics. On anothor thread

    ****--yours came out great-- I had mine done after living with it through puberty, at the age of 21---it looked great the 1st week then the nips became puffy again even though all the glands had been removed---I wonder if there is anything I can do about the puffy nips (nobody seems to notice it but me--but I suppose that is how we all are on this board)

    If you mean a erected nipple then they can correct that. A surgeon would cut the extruding nipple to proper size. If you mean it is puffy, your body might of build up tissue behind the gland were it was previously. This also can be removed by surgery, it would have to be done again at the same insertion were it was done before.They would remove the build up of tissue. This should correct the problem.

    Good to hear everything is going well bro. My surgery has turned out well but i still get a slight pain if im laying on my front in certain positions. Doesn't matter, im still very pleased with the surgery.
