i am on m1t,noticed shedding so i got these

Azelaic Acid 5% + Minoxidil 5% 60ml bottle
Spironolactone 5% Cream

whacha think?

will it help regrow my front hair??i also have thinning in the front.....

Have not tried spiro but have heard good things when applied after minoxidil. I have not bought in to the AA yet but I am trying it out not for about a month. Too early to tell.

The fact is that the most regrowth comes when you are using a DHT inhibitor and a growth stimulant at the same time. I don't buy into AA as an inhibitor at this point although it would be a nice topical solution if it works. I would recommend you use 1.25 mg proscar daily along with your minox. 2 times per day. At 5 months you should notice your hair much thicker where it was thin if you are a good responder. Good Luck.

Oh and get some NIzoral 1% from the drug store and use it 3-4 times a week. It has shown in small studies to increase the diameter of hair folicles with regular use.
