If its genuine tennis elbow the best fix is rest and gentle progressive exercise & stretches. If you cannot rest look towards getting a tennis elbow clasp. I know a few bodybuilders who have had cortisone injections and just carried on training as per normal sure fire way of going down the surgery route.

I have the same prob when I do skull crushers. For the past 2 days of tricept I have done super-light for 2 sets of 20 then slowly went up. The pain is still there but def. better. Try it out!

I have something similar its right on the point of the elbow. I think mine may be bursitis. If I go light, take a bunch of aleve/advil ice it and wrap it after every workout it seems to help, but the first workout I lift heavy it flares right up pain in the arse it is.

Oh and like popsinc said warm ups are your friend.

I've been suffering from the same thing. Planing on starting a HGH cycle. Hoping that alone with rest and rehab will help.

The pain can be so anoying. I hate it.
