SHARP back pain - deep breaths hurt

Guys this is like the 2nd or 3rd time I have had this symptom:

I got halfway through shoulders last night (seated dumbells and then standing laterals) and I felt what feels to be like a pinched nerve in the upper right center part of my back. Hurts like HELL to take a full breath.

    Is this a nerve? Muscle?

Anyone ever has this? I am pounding ibuprofen and heat....

Disk, I have had it many times. Just need a simple adjustment from a good chiropractor. Cures it 100% right away if he is any good. I also use a tree or light pole and slam my back against it, works for me 80% of the time but sometimes I need that extra help.
You can also have a buddy give you a bear hug with from the back with your arms crossed if you dont know a chiropractor. This works 50% of the time but a real adjustment has always worked for me.
