Over the summer I'm doing incline on a bench at home where the rack is really low... anyways I'm trying to rerack the weight and not put a hole in my parents wall.
I missed the rack on my left side and it was too low and far back to push back up and just pulled the hell outta my shoulder until the weight fell off.
My shoulder and elbow hurt whenever I tried to do bench or curl so I rested for about 2 weeks. Felt much better afterwards but the other day it just started killing again.
Feels like a tendon running the length of my arm is out of place or something when I curl, like it's shifting.

Any suggestions
