Want my advise i have been suffering for 8 years, fact of the matter is back pain can be anything, related to almost anything this is why its so freaken hard to treat.

You need to get some x rays to start with and see from there, what best options you have for treatments.

I have back pain from one side lower back after 8 years and going true the so called back pain specialist i went to a private clinic and a medical doctor evaluated me with lax ligaments, from that situation my pain evolved and i developped an snapping hip joint once again on the right side and some upper back pain has well.

I have been treated with prolotherapy because its the treatment of choice to fix the problem not releive pain like most therapy out there.

I am now doing that PST which is a small magnetic filed therapy aimed at the lower back to repair discs and muscles and tendons and all that has been screwed up for so long.

You see you can ask all the help you want but until some specialist evalute you and sees what the problem is you wont get anywhere.

Best thing for you is go to a sport clinic they have qualified sport physio, osteopath, massage therapist, acuponcutre, posture re-education and some of them have the lastest posture treatment called the spin force machine.

Stop wasting time and get check right away.

    Good luck
