groin pull and exercise q: help!
I have a minor groin pull, since the end of August. The pain has gone away but it still gets a little sore after being on it for a wile. I do demolition all day for work which requires heavy lifting and laborious work. I havent worked my legs since August, since my groin hasnt fully healed yet. I also havent done much cardio either.
The break I've taken from cardio has put a damper on my BF %. I can jog slowly, but the next day my groin would be sore. Any Suggestions for some cardio I could do besides exercises that would involve lots of stress on my groin?
Maybe hitting a bag for an hour....I dont know, any suggestions?

That's tough bro... I would try walking on a treadmill at a high incline as fast as you can without too much discomfort to help mitigate the BF...
