Gyno scares?

Ended up with a little gyno, lucky me, and wondered if anyone has some good or bad experiences with scares and such?

it's not big at all, people don't notice it, and I had trouble finding out that I had it because I had piercings in my nipple at the time. When the piercing came out I noticed something like the size of a pea way in there.

Have heard about people who regret surgery because of bad scares, while others say it's barely noticable.

Anyone want to share their experience? Would be nice since I haven't decided on what to do..
