    pain behind knee

I've been getting pain in the back of my left knee on the positive portion of squats. the pain prevents me from continuing my set. anybody experience this or know what this is?

Agreed with above. If it swells at all, go to the doc.

I tore a ligament behind my knee when I was younger and keep limping around on it for a while, which really ended f**king me up.

doesn't swell, just sore for rest of day. its fine if i dont squat heavy. when im coming up on a heavier squat my left knee will pop accompanied with pain in the back of my knee. im thinking my knee isnt stabilized, so maybe this means ill need knee wraps and lighter weights.
