    In pain

My elbows are in trouble. It started during my first cycle about 8 months ago. During the cycle my strength became increasingly more and more plus i was training with a pro BB that pushed me to lift really heavy, good form, but HEAVY! and i think thats what did it.

So ever since then im taking about 3000mg of gluecosomiane+MSM tablets in the morning and another 3000mg 30mins before gym. If i dont have that my elbows are in a lot of pain.

The obvious answer is to go to the doctors but just thought id try here first and see if anyone has had the same experience... if anyone could help that would b great!

    Thanks guys

usually elbow pain is caused by over using your wrist, try to bypass your wrist muscles when doing biceps workout. here is an example!

It would help to know exactly where the pain is ? Is it above or below the elbow (ie golfers or tennis elbow if its on the inside) etc etc and what exercises aggrevate it ,tricep or bicep ?.
Also read the thread 3 down from the top of the main page to this forum by doc sust . Very informative for diagnosis and rehab.

its generally always there but really not the noticeable. It gets really bad when im working triceps for example. Skull crushers or single arm tricep extension is all most impossible to do because of the pain.

    does that help?

there isn't much you can do but rest for few weeks maybe months, but if you don't want to stop training, ice it after every workout!

Yes unfortunately . Sounds like classic tendonitis which i struggle with . Inside elbow pain is usually forearm related (golfers elbow etc) Rest ice and some anti imflammatory drugs thats all you can do . Naproxen helps me at times .Best wishes

When lifting you might try wraps or bands.
    Agreed with ice and naproxen.
Give DMSO a try also, it's a good anti inflammatory and has helped my shoulder when flared up

My joints are in poor shape. I have been taking glucosamine, chondrioden, MSM for over 10 years. Joints feel better but still sore. When I go on a low dose deca /eq/test cycle my joints just feel better. Low dose meaning 150mg/wk to 200mg/wk of each substance.

Hey guys just an update on my injury. Ended up seeing a sports medicine doctor. Best thing I overdid. Made me have an ultra sound. Found out that it was a small tear on the tricep tendon. He gave me a shot and Iv now rested. Longggg story short Iv been off the gym for a while now. But starting tomorrow I'm allowed back but training light only slowly building up.

    Couple of questions:

The doc had run out of cortazone so he used test suspension instead for the injection (40mg). Is that normal?

I also got four fourty mg vials left over of the Test S. Obviosly not enough for a cycle of any sort. But would it be ok to keep and use for injurys down the track?

Those are good questions. from what I read it sounds like it may be very useful for injury due to building mass or repairing muscle quickly but then again, muscle is different than tendon...
Dont get Test Suspension confused with Test Sust. They are not quite the same thing. sust meaning a blend of testosterone esters, and Sus means testosterone suspension . Many people are confusing the two.

Test suspension has a very short half life and most people use it as a pre workout. Most people who cycle it inject at least 2x a day but 3x is better. It is also water based so it has no ester attached, usually in water based solution and HURTS to inject, according to most people. Many people mix it with B12 for injecting.
