    lower back injury

on my first cycle(test c), about a week ago i hurt my back doin deadlifts. Didnt think it was too sreious at first, until the next day...severe lower back pain, couldnt even ben at 90 degree angle....havent been able to be in the gyme at all in a week..now im able to bend over and stretch and pretty much full mobility but with pain still. gonna start back tomm normal workout for rest of the body, but feel like i shouldnt do back for a while still.....how bad is this gonna effect me and weakining my core on the cycle if i discontinue back for another week or two.

stay away from things that hurt you... deads and prob squats now, if you are going to do deads do them light and from a racked position - not directly from the floor....
