so im going to this strength and conditioning gym they have classes all day and i went to one yesterday night. the workout was going really good i was feeling a lot stronger during the workout even though i hadn't taken my pre workout and i feel kind of bad that day. well the trainer had us finish the workout with sled pushes which are freaking tough for me. i usually do it with no weight but i see these guys pushing heavy ass sleds and I'm feeling good so i think ok i can do i little more weight so i get the sled with weight and go full speed ahead and then halfway through i feel something in both my calfs pop. idk what it was but I'm walking with a limp now haha ****ing ego.
plus i think i might also have to do with the fact that i never train calfs and my legs were pushing harder then my calfs could handle?Last edited by fatalflame; 12-10-2014 at 11:25 AM.
