Should I train my shoulder or not?

Hi. Suddenly I got shoulder injury I don know how bad ist but today I trained my regular shoulder workout with 85% of my usual weights. The pain become worse with shoulder press and dips. Now should I train my shoulder or I skip the shoulder day?

I'd say skip anything that utilizes the shoulder until you get a diagnosis. That basically means anything upper body, as well as squats.

Injuries are nothing to mess with dude. Why make it worse?

I don know if the doc will diagnose it well. Why to stop squat if it dosent hurt? The only exercise that I feel pain with is the shoulder press and dips.

Is it injured or just sore?

If you have an actual injury, you shouldn't use it at all. Squatting uses your shoulders more then you think.
