    Shoulder problems NEED HELP!!

Hey guys, I was doing chest last week and lately I have been pushing very heavy and getting my desired results but the next day I noticed my shoulder started being very painful. It got painful when I would put my arm in a position where I would look like I was doing dips (front felt) or if I was pulling my shoulder blades back then that would give me pain aswel.

I gave it a few days to heal and after 4 days it felt good. Yesterday I trained shoulders/triceps and now I feel this pain again but not as bad. Would anyone know what this type of injury is?

I warm up, I do rotator cuff excercises all the time but I cannot figure if this is a rotator cuff injury or something else

Coming from someone who has injured both, i can say i know what you are dealing with. I say stop any lifting and go get it checked out.

Could be a few things, but congrats for lifting this long & not hurting it prior. If it hurts, don't do it. Ice for first 1-3 days. X-rays won't reveal anything except arthritis & a fracture which is highly unlikely you have.

Orthopedic MD for proper diagnosis, an MRI would find a labrum, rotator cuff or biceps injury.

Physical Therapy to assist in recovery & proper strengthening exercises.

    looking good.

    Deca , ostarine, TB500?

    Increase omega 6 n 9.

Consider high rep mod weigth for pressing/shoulders. Many mosters claim its just as good for size.
