i have no idea what to take. i play college sports so i need stuff that will be out of your system in a month or so. i know it doesnt leave me with alot of options. i am 6'6 305 and i need to get my bench up 65 pounds in 6-8 weeks. is this possible with any of the stuff that i will be able to take. i also need to get my bodyfat down from 19% to around 16%....once again is it possible. I know its tough because i need stuff that will be out of my system in a month. i need some help.
