bench press 275lbs for 1RM......... is now 315 for 1 RM.
Incline dumbell press 80lbs for 4 reps..Now doing 100lbs for 6 reps.
Squats 250lbs for 10 reps .....Now 315lbs for 8 reps.
straight bar curls 95lbs for 8 strict reps now 125lbs for 6 strict reps.
Plus like three people have told me " damm bro your getting huge"![]()
