    3 weeks in and loving every bit of it..

    I'M on a d-bol, test, deca cycle. My third cycle. I already gained 12 pounds and looking hard too. My strength gains are huge...

    bench press 275lbs for 1RM......... is now 315 for 1 RM.

    Incline dumbell press 80lbs for 4 reps..Now doing 100lbs for 6 reps.

    Squats 250lbs for 10 reps .....Now 315lbs for 8 reps.

    straight bar curls 95lbs for 8 strict reps now 125lbs for 6 strict reps.

    Plus like three people have told me " damm bro your getting huge" I just love thoes comments. I tell them yea I just really got my diet and training dialed in and i'm eating a shit load of protein.

    im on same cycle and gain 14 lbs great gains 4 both of us lets hit more pounds

    i'm on a cycle of test250 enanthate 500 for 8 wks 700 at weeks 4 and 5 i'm 4 weeks into it and have gained 11 lbs.
    next cycle will look something like yours

    nice gains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hey listen...when do you take ur "stuff" and how do you take it, like how much of decca u take a week and dball a day and etc........my next cycle will look something like that
