let cut cycle begin! the official journal!
stat- 213 18% (12% to 18% in 6 weeks something about home food and beer but time to get back to shape) HOPING FOR GOOD RESULTS!
cycle test prop 50mged 8weeks
t-3 --1-6weeks 175mcg week7--100mcg for week8-50mcg week 8
arimedex--0.25mged
nolvedex---10mged
clen pyramid style week on/off with eca(ephedra 100mg)
pct3-4weeks
diet- 1200-1500cal (200p/100c/50f) give and take but clean.
if anyone wants update reply and I will update every week with process!
oh yeah! workout 5days a week and cardio 6 days aweek at one hour for each session

i know your cutting but your planned caloric intake seems a little low.

day1 was yesterday so I will write the previous day the following day
day1-anyways weight myself again 211lbs don't matter
injected 50mg prop in insulin shots(my new baby insulin shots)
took 0.25mg dex
10mg nolvedex
100mcg t-3 morning 75mcg afternoon
0.4cc of clen
multi-v
morning ate 4egg whites + 1yolk with salsa and ex-tomato
4hrs later two boca burgers
one banana
workout - tri's,calves,abs
cardio 45 treatmill at high intensity
two low carb shakesand bowl of cerial(rasin brown+1cup no fat milk)
dinner cucumber,tomato,lettuce, two chicken breast

yes I forgot to get efa. I will buy it today! 3000mg a day of flax seed oil I guess.
raisin bran is my fav. cerial!
day two- stat 208.5lbs ok this is getting freaky but no complaining!
supplements- 50mg prop/0.25dex/10mg nolvedex
clen 0.6cc/100mcg t-3 in morning and 75mcg at 6pm
multiv-2tabs
diet almost the same as the day before but I ate a shawarma( no sauce) instaed of the two boca burgers.

workout - shoulders, thighs
cardio-almost two hour of pickup soccer

DAY3- shoulders, forarm, swimming 30minutes, pickup b-ball(1.5hr)
diet same as yesterday
drank couple of beer(no flaming)
stats 207.4 whoooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!! at this pace I don't what the limits are.
lost 5.6lbs in three days!
supplement 150mcgt-3/50mgprop/3flax seed oil/0.25dex/0.7cc clen /10mg nolvedex
hoping 190lbs in four weeks from now. we will see!

day4-stats 206.5 very impressed
only 3 eggs and dinner two grilled chicked sandiwich
flaxseed oil and cla/olive oil
workout bi' and 1hr cardio
0.5dex/50prop/100mcgclen/175mcgt-3
day5- same as day three with stuff I took and I did chest,calves, forarm
stat- 204.6 there you go! 9 lbs in in less then a week.

yes I kow I have not been updating but it was getting annoying everyday and boring same drugs diet and cardio I added CLA and I love the ****. day 31- stats 198lbs
9.8%bf
lost a little strength but it is all worth it. bench max for 372 to 330 but it is worth it.
serratus anterior looking goodout and upperabs looking amazing lower abs is a freaking problem looking to add cardislim to see what happens.
love everthing about the cycle. 10 more days to go going back on in 8 weeks again.
recomand t-3/prop/clen to everyone even if you cheat on your diet a bit I did drinking sometimes.
I will try to put my pic up in a week.
