Not sure about my measurments, but heres a brief background:
1st cycle:
500mg Sus/week 1-10
35mg dbol 1-6
clomid 13-15
weight went from about 190-210. Im about 10lbs. lighter after doing 2 cycles of clen, but maintained most of the strength and mass. As far as strength improvements, bench went up about 50lbs. and military press went up 30lb. each for dumbells, and about 50 or so for barbell. couldnt tell you deadlift because i dont do them due to a lower back injury (herniated disk)
