Ok everybody I have started my 8 week cycle.
I have decided to use the following items:
Deca Durobolin
Test. Depot
Sustanon
Nolvadex
Stanol
Milk Thistle
Clomid
D-Bol
I know many of you say just to dive in but I still am a believer in
Pyramiding and not shocking the body to much into the cycle or in
coming off.
Deca Durobolin 200mg/week
I am doing 100 mg. for the first week, 200mg./week every week
thereafter except for the last week where I will only do 100mg. again.
Test. Depot 250mg/week. I chose this for my cycle because of the two
esters that it has in it. I don't like pricking myself and I hate pain
so I don't want to go with propinate only and I like the way that
enanthate stays in the blood for a while. Depending on how I feel and
look, I may take this up to 500mg/week separated the 500mg. into two
shots in per week at my peak in the middle of my cycle.
Sustanon 250mg. for only the first week. I decided to do this because of
it's four esters. I figured it would get me off to a good peak shot and
also keep some in the blood until next week when I start my Enanthate.
I didn't want to do Sustanon for the entire cycle because of the way that
it peaks and falls.
I will do Test. for 1 week longer than doing Deca.
Nolvadex for Bitchtits 40-50mgs/day but I will wait until my nipples are
sore and then when the soreness is gone I will use 10mg/day for rest of
cycle.
Stanol 50mg/day
I am starting at 25mg/day and will peak for a couple of weeks with
50mg/day in the middle of my cycle then I will come down off of it
slowly also. This I am also doing on the pyramid system.
Milk Thistle (vitamins) 600-800mg/day to clean liver.
Clomid to keep Estrogen from building up after cycle. 2-3 weeks after
last cycle. 50mg/day 1st week, 100mg/day 2nd week & 50mg./day 3rd
week.
D-Bol 1st week thru 4th week 40mg/day at my peak. I am starting at
20mg/day for the first few days, then I will go up to 30mg/day for a few
then peak at 40mg. in the middle of my cycle before coming down the
same way again. Of course this I am also pyramiding.
I am taking these tablets at different times throughout the day because
of their halflife. I am doing the same with the Stanol.
I am also drinking Grapefruit juice with the tabs to disolve them into the
blood.
I have not been lifting for about 6 months and got into that McDonalds,
Potato Chip, Cookie, etc. habit. So I really put on the fat. Therefore, I
started a half/half diet on 2/15/2002 and started a half/half training
regimine to get my body back into the act before starting my cycle. This
is what I had:

Fat 26.2%, 22.1kg.
Weight 84.2kg. (185lbs)
Chest 108cm (42.5")
Right bicep 37cm (14.5")
Left bicep 36.5cm (14.3")
Waist below my stomach that hangs 93.7cm (36.8") Boy this is bad.
Waist at the fattest point 97cm (38.18")
Butt 100cm (39.37")
Right Thigh 64.5cm (25.4")
Left Thigh 63.8cm (25.1")
Right Calf 40cm (15.74")
Left Calf 41cm (16.14")
As of 2/28/2002 I was down to 82.4kgs. 181.28lbs.
My stomach lost about 1 1/2 cm (.6")
I want to gain about 8kgs. (17.6lbs.) during this cycle. However, if I do
not then it is not a big deal. I am just trying to look good again. If I
don't get the weight then I will take off of cycling for 8 weeks, continue
to train and then do another cycle.
I don't really care about how much I can lift in the gym since I am not
trying to impress the guys in the gym, I am not gay and have not interest
in them. I am interested in impressing the girls on the beach and
showing up the young 20 year olds on the beach. I did great with showing
them last summer. Therefore, I won't be giving my details on how my
weight lifting has improved except when I see those exception feats.
Also, I am 37 years old and 170cm. (5'7") tall.
