I would miss one day but my temp has been 100-101 for the last 26.5 hours... I could skip a day and let my temp come down a bit... it does kinda freak me out. We will see how it goes..... my girlfriend is REALLY not happy with the "about to fallout" look I have been sporting the last few days.... if it happens this time it does... if not it WILL happen next time...

    I'm feeling better but still not 100%. I started up that T3 again and that seems to be where the trouble lies. My temp went back up after taking it and the diarrhea set in again. I am slowly returning to normal though I feel. Just really fatigued. My temp is about 98.8 or so which is still elevated from what it normally runs which makes me feel different than normal. Oh well it will go away with time. Good luck bro. It sounds like you are doing so well you dont need any more time on DNP anyway.

    Day 12 - 200mg @ 8pm

    -sweating was not so BAD last night.
    -the "bad flu" feeling not a factor today.
    -still ZERO Energy, did ECA again today... worked good but lasted 1/2 as long as normal again..... falling asleep. I think DNP makes other meds not as effective
    -Profuse Sweating still... but normal
    -BLOATED still.... how many days after??????
    -No strength again.... I don't think it is coming back until I'm off...
    -HOT Still.. very use to it...
    -Blurry Vision has gone away..Eyes still itching.
    -Temp was @ 100 for nearly 48 hours.. it is down to 99.6
    -Dry Mouth still
    -Labored Breathing all the time....
    -No Headaches
    bodyweight 231.5lbs @ 6.8%

    I will continue to update as the water sheds off.....

    Day 16

    -sweating has about 90% stopped at night.
    -the "bad flu" ended within 24 hours of stopping.
    -MUCH MORE ENERGY, it was getting better by the hour
    -I think DNP makes other meds not as effective ECA stack did not last as long a it normally does....
    -No more Profuse Sweating... stopped 24 hours after
    -not as BLOATED still.... pissing like crazy since yesterday
    -Better strength daily.... (moved stoves and dishwashers this weekend...)
    -AC back on 72 which does the trick now....
    -Blurry Vision has gone away..Eyes still itching.
    -Temp is at 98-99
    -Dry Mouth still
    -Labored Breathing has 70% gone
    -No Headaches
    bodyweight 230lbs @ 6.8%

    I will continue to update evey 4 days as more water sheds off.....

    Dnp is PERSONALLY kicking your ass. I just don't see how you could be that hot on that low a dose and as quickly as it came on. From my own personal diary on here and other that i've talked w/ i calculated that i lost 1lb of bf for every 800-1000mg of dnp ingested, and thats still w/ a caloric deficet lower than my bmr while still training. It took about 12 days for my water to come off, i lost an additional 2-3 lbs between day 10-12 after taking my last cap. Keep us posted and let us know how much you rebound back up too

    All of the sweating stopped very soon after the 16th day. My energy has been 300+% better. The bloating has started go away.... still pissing like crazy My eyes are still itching... could be pollen or some sh!t... who knows here in Atlanta. Temp is between 97.9-98.5 Still thirsty... dry mouth is not terrible. The labored breathing is gone, has been for a couple days. I am so impressed with the results, that I will run DNP durning PCT after each cycle. I will continue to update evey 4 days as more water sheds off.....

    It sure as hell did... It sounds crazy but.... that is the way it goes for me, ANYTHING I take is pretty low dosed and I always get great results. This cycle that I'm just wrapping up was by FAR the most gear I have ever taken.

    I have been doing this sh!t for 15 years and NEVER went over 600mg Test in a cycle. I would get the same, if not better, results as my training partners on 30-50% of the same gear. These "newbie cycles" posted on here are crazy dosages IMO.

    Also, training on 800-1000mg of DNP and keeping your kclas BELOW your BMR.... is a great accomplishment. Anyone I know that went that high did alot of sitting around and sweating. The biggest workout would be to get your big sweaty a$$ off the couch and stand in a cold shower.

    I will be putting a full chart and graph together after the 28th day. IMO bro, 800-1000mg of DNP a day is crazy... If I was to follow that dose (which was reccomended to me by a few people for my size), I would be the one to die from it.. I will keep you posted on any rebound I have.

    Mealticket takes some pretty high doses. 600mg/ed while activity levels are still very high.

    I think bdtr was also running some high amounts (imagine that) of DNP taking 600mg in the AM and 400mg in the PM.... he sounded like it was a pretty rough to deal with.

    Well it has been 12 days since the end of my DNP cycle. Most, if not all, of the water has come off. I feel fine, just lighter... I haven't had the time to do my bodyfat. From what I can tell, I lost about 2.5" in my waist alone. I'm sold on DNP. It is the ULTIMATE fat burner ,and yes it is worth it. IMO.

    reading this was very motivational, and i am now going to incorporate DNP into my PCT in the spring. I have been reading about it and trying to decide on a purchase or not, but from what you say i'm now SOLD!!! i was also wondering about lipostabil combined with dnp????

    Lipostabil frees fat from adipose tissues because it destroys the cells! So if DNP causes fat to be the main source of fuel for your body, and lipostabil then frees the fat from cells to be burned quickly........just seems like a synergistic combination if you ask me!!!!

    Glad to hear this help make up your mind. As far as mixing it with Lipostabil... I would say not to mix them. I do understand your point on the synergistic combination but... Here is my reason not to mix:

    If you mix the two, you really won't know what the effects are on the individual item are (ie. DNP and Lipostabil) That is why I throught the DNP into a "normal" 12 days of eating / activity. If I was to tweak workout, Cardio, food and stack XYZ item with it... I would have no clue how the DNP really works by itself. If you have too many variables, it hard to tell your reaction to the dosage.

    I can truely say that I lost all of the LBS. Inches & BodyFat just from DNP. Next time I will tweak something in the "equation". Just let DNP do its job by itself on your first go around, after that, add and adjust your other stuff.

    You will be more than happy with the results for just DNP. Good Luck Bro!!!

    Well it has been 14 days since the end of my DNP cycle. All of the water has come off. I feel great. I'm down another 4lbs.... wtf??? Again ...I'm sold on DNP. It is the ULTIMATE fat burner ,and yes it is worth it. IMO. I will add the "cool" charts and graphs in my next/ last post on this.

    Hey Ben, ..... how long after your cycle did you start the DNP ?? I have ran it 2 times before - BUT never after a cycle.... right now im on Tren E/ Test E and want to run the DNP after it - hoping that in another month it will be much cooler out.

    I don't know if i could handle all the sweating at night though...

    From what i have read, you will lose some of your gains but you have to look at the situation and figure out for yourself if it is worth losing a bit of your gained muscle. Everyone i know has said it was worth it.

    DNP will deplete your glycogen stores so it will "appear" that you "lost" lean mass but once your off and let the muscles fill again, you gain the lean mass right back. I'm about 230 right now and my bodyfat will flux btw 5-7% ... depending how much sodium I take in... I have gained 10lbs back after I finished but I'm just as lean. I would not worry.

    were you on any major diet, im very interested in starting dnp but i heard you have to take t3 with it for your thyroids. thats just a lil to much for me. how much did you lose over all.

    I ate like sh!t. 50%+CHO/30%PRO/20%>FAT was the ratio I used very loosely. You really only need T3 if you using a high amount and your doing it for a long period of time. So... no a 2 weeker @ 200mg's you would be fine without it. As far as total lost.... about 20-24lbs, 4% bodyfat and about 3 inches in my waist. The numbers to me seem wacky but I'm back up 12 lbs but my body fat is still down there so... 8-12lbs of fat loss I would have to say..not bad... for eating the way I did. It seems that the more I ate the hotter I got.... and the more I lost....

I even wear a sweater sometimes..i live in so cal btw, 80 degree weather. i know its working, im dropping about 1.5 lb every 2 days. i do about 30 mins of cardio a day..not too much, not too little and i lift mondays tuesdays and thursdays

    I was that way too... but I did the sweater deal at night b4 bed... I did 80% of my sweating while I was sleeping.... I'm in Atlanta so... the humdity was an a$$ kicker but... I like it hot...

    i HATE the feeling of dnp in the morning. i could never take it at night and live past 2 days. morning at 10am for me
